Job summary

Ever Cars Co. seeks an Automotive Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory and listing workflow for used EVs. This remote role collaborates with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations at multiple locations to ensure accurate, attractive listings.

You will review vehicle data, coordinate corrections, and maintain consistent listing standards across Ever's website and third-party sites. Remote candidates on the West Coast preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising.
• Knowledge of EV makes, trims, range, and battery details.
• Experience with dealer inventory platforms and listing sites.
• Ability to reconcile VIN records in spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and remote coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the listing workflow from arrival to publication and track blockers.
• Review photos for angles, clarity, and consistency; request retakes.
• Create and audit listings by VIN against source records.
• Keep inventory status accurate including transfers, relists, and location.
• Monitor listings on Ever and third-party marketplaces; fix issues.
• Track aged units and escalate pricing or disposition decisions.
• Maintain listing timeliness and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with teams across locations to improve handoffs.
