Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years in power electronics, electrified vehicles, modeling or controls.
• Hands-on MATLAB/Simulink model development and release experience.
• Experience debugging model interfaces and system integration.
• Proficient in Python or MATLAB for automation and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, release reusable IPE, plant, and component models for power electronics.
• Align models with supplier models, electrical architecture, and CoSIM teams.
• Investigate and resolve model and integration issues (signal, voltage, faults).
• Provide recommendations for product and process improvements based on analysis.
• Establish model release, regression tests, and documentation practices.
• Develop standard work, scripts, tools, and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with global teams to enable design decisions and milestone readiness.
