Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist in Atlanta to help deploy and retrieve our fleet of shared electric vehicles. You will wear many hats, operating safely in the field and coordinating with the local team to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a valid in-state driver license, willingness to work outdoors, and strong communication skills to interact with riders, city officials, and team members. This is a contracted position with third-party employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles.
• Interact with the local community to assess risk and ensure safety.
• Address city requests related to stickers, reflectors and other minor issues.
• Maintain communication with the team and participate in Lime events.
• Support battery management and document safety checks and quality controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with vehicle rotation and warehouse flow.
• Conduct on-foot patrols to ensure parking compliance and vehicle tidiness.
• Report uncommon on-ground issues and assist customers in the field as needed.
