Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks an EV Administrator to support daily operations and monitoring of our electric vehicle fleet and charging infrastructure at a Cox location in Riverside, CA. The role coordinates vehicle dispatches, maintains accurate records, and tracks performance metrics to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will handle dispatch tasks, input data into AS400, monitor communications, and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience, or alternative degree/certification in a related discipline; 5 years’ related experience also acceptable.
• Experience with vehicle dispatch, fleet operations or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with inventory and TRA/Inop processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch pending mechanical work/CR sign-offs/M2 and related tasks to team members.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch execution lists and input data into AS400.
• Assist with key check-out to buyers/transporters and maintain key inventories/logs.
• Monitor emails and Teams chats to ensure work is completed and deadlines met.
• Identify and report vehicles or operational issues to management promptly.
• Track lot activity to ensure vehicles are available to meet operations.
• Monitor PUSH metric goals and support daily performance targets.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure consistent data entry.
