Rivian is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Vehicle Technician to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations. You will work under senior technicians and leadership, delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing technical acumen.

Based mainly at a local service center, the role may involve remote work, travel for mobile service, or support for plant operations as business needs evolve. A passion for innovation and adventure is valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent graduates.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or experience in fast-paced start-up environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Vehicle service & repair at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories with mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory, and expense reporting.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers, families, third-party affiliates, and suppliers.
• Identify process improvements and participate in campaigns or containment initiatives.
• Engage in required training and stay current on technical skills.
