Rivian seeks an emerging to mid-level Technician to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations under mentorship. The role combines service center work with potential travel, remote work, and plant support as needed, emphasizing safety, learning, and customer-focused service.

You will grow technical acumen through hands-on practice, work with senior technicians, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining professional communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years hands-on automotive shop experience.
• Graduation from automotive repair school preferred.
• Basic EV/hybrid exposure a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with day-to-day parts operations including ordering, receiving and inventory.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers, families, and suppliers.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
• Engage in required training and grow technical skills with minimal supervision.
