Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3–5 year lookback).
• Able to drive non‑commercial truck and trailer preferred.
• 40‑hour work week; weekends/holidays/shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field at customer locations.
• Identify Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures using available technical resources without compromising safety.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory.
• Provide feedback to senior technicians or leadership on improvements.
• Support service campaigns and containment initiatives.
• Document all work and technical notes for internal/external use.
• Maintain teamwork, high quality work with minimal supervision, and professional customer communication.
• Stay current with technical skills and required training.
