Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles on-site or in the field.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures and maintain safety.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts, ordering, receiving, and inventory.
• Document work and notes for internal and external use.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
