Job summary

Orange EV is seeking an Electric Vehicle Field Service Technician in Atlanta. This role performs field service activities for local Orange EV vehicles, diagnoses, repairs, and analyzes remote monitoring data to identify performance concerns and to support service planning.

You will log all work, collaborate with customers and third-party providers, assist sales and marketing with technical support, and participate in field upgrades and training while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• MS Office Suite experience including Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at waist level and occasionally up to 75-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete vehicle at a systemic/component level to diagnose and repair.
• Represent Orange EV professionally.
• Utilize Remote Monitoring System and Service Record Keeping System to determine a service plan.
• Accurately record all service activity in the service record-keeping system.
• Communicate with customers and third-party providers to aid in diagnosis or issue escalation.
