Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive shop experience preferred.
• EV/hybrid repair experience a plus.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles at service centers or customer locations.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools and accessories to customers.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts orders, receiving, and inventory.
