Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs in Wisconsin and beyond, with travel to customer sites or production facilities as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or on-site.
• Explain Rivian products and EV framework to customers.
• Follow repair procedures and test drive to verify repairs.
• Manage parts orders, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Document work and notes for internal/external use.
• Collaborate with team and communicate professionally with customers.
