Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles at service center or in the field at customer sites.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality focus.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory.
