Job summary

Rivian in Oklahoma City seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs across service centers and field locations. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and inspecting EV systems, with travel to various sites as needed.

You will work with a team, explain Rivian products to customers, and ensure safety and quality in every repair, including road tests and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Ability to work 40-hour weeks including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficient with Windows/Mac computing.
• Reading and interpreting technical documents/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles in service centers or at customer locations.
• Explain Rivian products and EV systems to customers.
• Follow repair procedures and safety standards; conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts, ordering, receiving, and inventory; document work and notes.
• Collaborate with teammembers and communicate professionally with customers.
