Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Fluent English; strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles in centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures and document notes accurately.
• Perform road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professionalism with customers.
