Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in California. You will own the development and integration of core electrical systems powering our commercial EVs, from design to validation and production, ensuring safety and performance.

You will define HV/LV architectures, collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams, and maintain rigorous documentation while driving reliability and manufacturability across the vehicle platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with EV/automotive electrical systems design, validation and production.
• Strong HV/LV architectures, power electronics, and charging tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and document vehicle electrical architectures and power distribution.
• Integrate electrical components and wiring harnesses with suppliers.
• Create requirements and test plans; execute tests for reliability.
• Provide cross‑functional electrical systems support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain clear design and test documentation.
