Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to lead the architecture, design, validation, and integration of high‑voltage power systems for its EV platforms. You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle management of HV power electronics, from concept through lab validation, with exposure to automotive, aerospace, grid storage, and renewables sectors.

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
Demonstrated experience with high-power electronics design and testing.
Familiarity with mixed-signal PCBs and EMI/EMC practices.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead high-power power electronics architecture and design (100kW+).
Lead end-to-end testing and bring-up of power electronics with powertrain systems.
Oversee complex PCB design for low-cost, high-reliability hardware.
Perform DFMEA, WCCA, thermal analysis, and system-level evaluations.
Direct validation efforts and establish test protocols with senior leadership.
Build test bench setups and provide hands-on support in labs and sites.
Troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues across cross-functional teams.
Engage with suppliers to source cutting-edge HV components.
Prepare technical reports and present design reviews to executives.
