Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Client Relationship Manager with a background in sales or customer service. You will be the primary contact for clients, communicating updates and expectations while coordinating with sales, EVSE support, and engineering teams to track progress.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, maintaining relationships, and providing recommendations for upgrades and billing updates after project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrates business acumen, prioritization, and good judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proactively provide regular project status updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while building relationships with prospective clients.
• Partner with the sales team to develop proposals for additional services and installations.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to client inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Elevate concerns to supervisor and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings and provide updates via email.
• Guide clients through contracts, diagrams, documentation and new procedures.
