Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a mid-to-senior Technical Support Specialist with EV charging expertise to join our in-office team. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinate with Sales and Engineering, and track project progress.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering, 5+ years in technical customer support, and experience with EV charging protocols. Travel may be required to support key customers and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
5+ years in technical customer support solving complex problems.
Experience with EV charging or at an EV-focused organization.
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling for 24/7 coverage of the EVOLV platform.
Act as frontline support for tickets including billing, account management, charging access, and troubleshooting hardware/software.
Collaborate with engineering to understand EV charging ecosystem and industry protocols (OCPP, OCPI).
Occasionally travel to provide hands-on technical support for high-value customers.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and trends.
