Job summary

A leading EV charging company is looking for a Site Development Associate to effectively manage site development processes. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders including A&E firms and utility companies to ensure timely approvals and permits. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in site development, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in software like GIS and AutoCAD. Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site development or related field.
• Knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sites through AHJ and utility coordination processes.
• Engage with A&E firms and AHJs to secure entitlements and permits.
• Coordinate activities with landlords regarding site progress.
