The successful candidate will manage internal technicians, develop technician training programs, and ensure optimal site efficiency. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in EV charging or related sectors.
• Experience in managing teams and developing technician programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of DC Fast Charging technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Level 4 DC Fast Charging sites.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal uptime.
• Manage inventory and supply chain for spare parts and equipment.
