Pearce Services is seeking an EV Charging Field Service Technician to perform onsite maintenance and repair of EV charging stations across a defined region in the United States. The role requires independent work in varying field conditions and a strong focus on safety, documentation, and customer service.

Formación

• Must hold a Journeyman Electrician license where required by state/local regulations.
• 2+ years of EVSE field service experience or equivalent electrical training.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Technical familiarity with EV chargers, solar power installations, or power electronics preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and OEM manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers.
• Conduct insulation, thermal imaging, torque, and other diagnostic tests.
• Troubleshoot and isolate EV charging faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Review site manuals and drawings to service equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete field reports, notes, and work orders with accurate site condition documentation.
• Perform site safety assessments and complete OSHA-required documents.
