Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking an EV Charging Field Service Technician to service EV charging stations across a defined region. You will perform onsite maintenance, safety assessments, and inspections, with a focus on electrical systems and documentation.

The role requires independent work in varied field conditions and strong technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have electrical certification, 2+ years in EVSE field service, and familiarity with CMMS.

Qualifications

• Electrical – Journeyman level preferred
• 2+ years EVSE field service or related electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with CMMS a plus
• Ability to read electrical drawings and manuals

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and repairs on EV charging equipment
• Complete accurate field reports and work orders
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Troubleshoot faults and determine corrective actions
• Communicate site conditions and deficiencies effectively
