• Team Management & HR: hire, performance management, scheduling, and professional development.
• Technician Development: train technicians and promote skill growth.
• Workload Management: oversee workload, dispatch work, minimize downtime.
• Problem-Solving: troubleshoot issues and resolve problems causing downtime.
• Process & Inventory: define processes and manage inventory and parts procurement.
• Billability & P&L: accountable for billable hours targets as part of P&L.
• RO Management: ensure ROs are scheduled, completed, and closed as needed.
• Executive Presence: act as escalation point for disputes and customer issues.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with stakeholders and third parties.
