Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, deep EV/AV operations knowledge, and a track record of improving uptime, client satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fleet operations, service management, or transportation logistics, with EV/AV exposure preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and frontline supervisors or managers.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and lead service delivery.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management background.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a growing team of Fleet Managers responsible for day-to-day EV/AV fleet maintenance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and software updates.
• Manage client relationships across on-site locations, ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and IT to align operations.
• Track KPIs like uptime, availability, and client satisfaction; drive process improvements.
• Oversee inventory for EV parts, tools, and technology resources across fleet centers.
