Amerit Fleet Solutions in Sacramento is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Manager to lead a team of autonomous vehicle service technicians and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will hire, coach, schedule, and develop staff; drive safety, efficiency, and KPI performance; coordinate with HR, finance, and operations; and ensure high-quality service while adapting to a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fleet service team in a technology-driven environment.
• Ability to manage HR responsibilities for a team.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to interpret data and drive KPIs.
• Comfort with fast-paced field operations and safety compliance.
• Experience with EVs and/or autonomous vehicle technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of autonomous vehicle service technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Procurement.
• Manage billability, workload, and KPIs; supervise RO management.
• Provide executive presence and act as escalation point for disputes.
