Qualifications

• Minimum three years supporting EUV systems or similar upgrades and relocations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical, system-level issues.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering escalations and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risks and issues during planning and execution of EUV upgrades, installations, and relocations.
• Monitor project execution and identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance impacts with mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point coordinating across engineering, field service, and global support centers.
• Provide technical guidance to enable rapid containment, resolution, and recovery with minimal schedule impact.
• Manage escalation processes and ensure proper support levels and timely resolution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and resolution plans to stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Support NPI and Fab Operations with remote and on-site technical expertise.
