Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Generalist based in Austin, TX. You will support complex EUV upgrades, installations, relocations, and de-installation projects as a technical expert within ASML's Customer Support organization.

Role involves coordinating across engineering, field service, and global teams, providing troubleshooting, risk assessment, and escalation management to ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in SRC/DL activities on EUV systems preferred.
• Experience supporting EUV installations, upgrades, relocations, or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risks and issues in EUV installations and upgrades, and provide recommendations on cycle time and resources.
• Monitor project execution and identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance impacts with mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex issues across engineering, field service, and global support centers.
