Job summary

ASML in the United States seeks an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, relocate, upgrade and qualify advanced lithography equipment at customer sites. You will work with customers, engineers, and technical experts to deliver safe, high‑quality installations and upgrades.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least one year in field service or related tech environments. On‑site work with significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of practical experience in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum one year field service or high‑tech manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, upgrade, and qualify lithography systems and subsystems on‑site.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and system‑level issues and implement fixes.
• Document service reports, work orders and project handovers accurately.
• Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure safety, quality compliance and adherence to procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor junior engineers as needed.
• Travel up to 80% within the United States with some international trips.
