Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant engineering/physical science degree and continuing through Fall 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in coursework or projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet project objectives with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute DOE experiments to optimize photolithography processes including EUV lithography.
• Plan and support semiconductor process experiments in cleanroom environments.
• Analyze images, metrology data, and process data to evaluate CD and patterning.
• Communicate plans, status, results, and recommendations through reports and presentations.
• Apply AI and AI-assisted tools to support research, data analysis, and productivity.
