Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an EUV Lithography & Materials Intern in Boise, Idaho. You will contribute to photolithography process development, materials optimization, and patterning performance improvements, collaborating with Photolithography, Metrology, Dry Etch, Wet Process teams.

The internship includes hands-on projects with DOE methodologies and data analysis. You will gain exposure to advanced semiconductor exploration, AI-driven data analysis, and communication of technical findings.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement experiments using DOE to optimize photolithography processes including EUV lithography and photoresist development.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform experiments in cleanroom environments and with remote facilities when required.
• Analyze process data and imaging results using in-house and commercial tools (CD-SEM, LWR, alignment, cross-sectional analysis).
• Communicate project plans, progress, conclusions and recommendations via reports and presentations.
• Apply AI and data-driven methods to support research, process optimization, data analysis, and reporting.
