Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an experienced EUV Process Engineer to support development and high-volume manufacturing of next-generation semiconductor technologies.

The role drives EUV lithography process development, sustains production, and partners with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to achieve high yield and robust patterning. You will lead root-cause analysis, optimize process windows, and translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years post-degree in semiconductor lithography process engineering
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) with 3+ years post-degree in semiconductor lithography process engineering
• Ability to solve complex process problems using data-driven approaches
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows in engineering contexts

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive EUV lithography process development and sustainment for advanced technology nodes in a manufacturing environment
• Innovate design, layout, and photolithography techniques to enable future generation memory devices
• Lead root-cause analysis for CDU, overlay, stochastic, and defectivity issues impacting yield
• Develop and optimize process windows, scanner jobs, and metrology strategies
• Collaborate with equipment, metrology, materials, etch, and integration teams to deliver stable, high-yield EUV processes
• Partner with external suppliers to evaluate and qualify new technologies and translate results into improvements
• Use data-driven methods to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly
