Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager Construction – Laser Tools Distribution to drive growth of the Construction Laser Tools business across Europe. This remote role focuses on strengthening distributor performance and expanding distribution channels within the EMEA region.

The candidate will join Topcon’s Construction Sales Unit, lead regional sales activity, and collaborate with specialists to deliver sales expertise and market insight.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales management in Construction Laser Tools or related segment.
• Experience selling to end users and through distributors.
• Deep knowledge of the European mass distribution market and regulatory context.
• Experience leading a team of product sales specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional Construction Laser Tools sales and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with distributor partners and Topcon sales teams.
• Develop strategies to expand knowledge across sales teams and partners.
• Provide technical and commercial input during customer negotiations and demonstrations.
