Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to drive presales for compact machine-control products targeted at mid to small contractors. This role is customer-facing and requires strong technical acumen to demo and close opportunities.

You will travel extensively across North America and support dealer networks. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in GNSS positioning or civil construction, and proven sales and demonstration skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of how a contractor bids, executes and achieves maximum profit.
• Experience with GNSS positioning or machine control sales.
• Strong sales and demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dealers by providing sales training utilizing strong demonstration and closing skills.
• Assist in onsite customer engagements.
• Attend Tradeshows Provide field demonstrations for layout.
• Grow and maintain the distribution network.
