Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group seeks a Field Sales Specialist focused on presale opportunities for our compact solution products. You will be a customer-facing sales professional, building relationships with dealers and delivering demonstrations to raise adoption across North America.

The role emphasizes technical acumen, teamwork, and an independent, proactive mindset, with remote/work-from-home flexibility and heavy travel to support dealer networks and tradeshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of how a contractor bids, executes and achieves maximum profit.
• Previous experience with GNSS positioning, machine control sales, or civil construction experience desired.
• Strong sales and demonstration skills. 5+ years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dealers by providing sales training utilizing strong demonstration and closing skills.
• Assist in onsite customer engagements.
• Attend Tradeshows
• Provide field demonstrations for layout.
• Grow and maintain the distribution network.
