Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative for Europe, based in Paris or Barcelona. You will drive multi-channel outreach, uncover and qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives to grow a diverse client portfolio across France and international subsidiaries.

You’ll operate in a hybrid model with a world-class tech stack, focusing on strategic discovery and long-term relationship building to fuel pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; additional language a plus.
• 2+ years outbound BDR with a long-term approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage territory strategy for French mid-market and international subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Conduct structured discovery conversations.
• Partner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities.
• Consistently generate qualified pipeline tied to commission goals.
• Nurture accounts and contacts to uncover new opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement and CRM data quality.
