Job summary

Alma, the European BNPL market leader, seeks a Business Development Representative in Paris to drive prospecting and generate qualified appointments for Account Executives.

You will use Salesforce, Gong, and other tools to build a merchant pipeline across SMB segments, targeting French and DACH markets, with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience and fluency in French, German, and English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar B2B role (internships/apprenticeships included).
• Experience selling B2B solutions and knowledge of e‑commerce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Alma's sales activity using available tools and prospect on defined merchant verticals.
• Generate prospect lists with Growth and Marketing teams.
• Qualify needs and identify projects to obtain qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Track activity and improve the prospecting process.
