Job summary

Open is building the AI that answers when it matters most—the complete customer communication engine trusted by leading enterprises. You will lead the Customer Success & Implementation function, owning end-to-end enterprise deployments, from scoping integrations to production use and renewal.

Based in Western Europe with CET hours, you will hire and guide a team across Europe, partnering with sales and engineering to drive customer value, retention, and expansion in a fast-growing, AI-powered

Qualifications

8–10+ years in customer success, implementation, professional services, or solutions and onboarding leadership at an enterprise B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of leading complex enterprise deployments end to end (integrations, APIs, data migrations, live production).
Experience guiding long, high-stakes enterprise cycles with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own implementation from signed contract to live production with our customer engineering team.
Drive go-live success and renewals by delivering measurable ROI.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to align on scope and timelines.
Codify repeatable implementation playbooks and build a Customer Success/Implementation team across Europe.
Be the voice of the customer to improve onboarding, product, and retention.
