A technology support company is seeking an EUC L1 / Desktop Support / Hardware Technician in Delaware. The role involves providing Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, alongside installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Windows and macOS environments. With a strong focus on customer service, the technician will handle IMAC activities and escalate complex issues as needed, both onsite and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing Level 1 support for desktops and laptops.
• Familiar with hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and standard applications.
• Support Windows/macOS environments, basic networking, and user access issues.
• Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change).
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
• Deliver onsite and remote support with a strong customer-service focus.
