Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to support our EUC and endpoint management environment. You will deploy, manage and document end-user devices and desktop infrastructure, ensuring security benchmarks and reliable operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix, scripting ability, and strong collaboration with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/IS/CS.
• 8+ years progressive experience in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in system administration.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, drivers.
• Able to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Batch, Shell, or Python).
• Experience with VDI: VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Citrix.
• Expert OS admin for Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Agile, Azure cloud, and API automation.
• Experience with EMM tools like Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF.
• Packaging software for mass deployment.
• Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Vendor relations experience.
• CI/CD/automation with API or Ansible/ServiceNow.
• VCP-DW or VCTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot end-user configurations and policies to meet security benchmarks.
• Create and maintain software deployment packages for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS.
• Administer virtual desktop environment and supporting infrastructure including patching and documentation.
• Create and maintain admin and end-user documentation.
• Assist in patching enterprise end-user devices with OS and third‑party updates.
• Evaluate and define hardware standards.
• Diagnose EUC system issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve root causes.
• Coordinate with Global Service Desk to improve processes.
• Build relationships with management, vendors, and customers.
• Provide on-call support and participate in rotation.
• Contribute to projects and tasks as assigned.
