Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc in Austin, TX seeks a dedicated IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite and desk-side support for End Users and Special Devices. You will troubleshoot PC and hardware issues, build and deploy standard images, and ensure service events stay updated daily.

You will also support meeting room setups, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, while handling data backup/restoration as required. Excellent communication and multi-device knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with call logging systems.
• Proficient with Windows 7/10 and Office applications.
• Mac support experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (Android/iPhone).
• Hardware troubleshooting of PCs and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and desk-side support to End Users and Special Devices.
• Troubleshoot PC-related problems as directed.
• Complete Service Events within SLA in high-pressure environments.
• Build, configure and troubleshoot images on customer PCs and laptops.
• Update Service Events daily.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing.
• Support printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Support mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Perform data backup and restoration as needed.
