Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. in Malvern, PA seeks an IT Desktop Support specialist to manage desktop device incidents end-to-end, provide IMAC and deskside support, and handle break-fix services for laptops/desktops at the customer site.

You will deploy standard OS images, coordinate hardware/software maintenance, monitor security and antivirus, support conference rooms and remote access, and serve as the site IT contact under contract.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows 7 OS and Windows 11 imaging/reimaging via PXE.
• Experience with imaging and software deployment (SCCM, Software Center).
• Hands-on experience replacing batteries and hardware break-fix with Dell technicians.
• Experience with Intune, AD, BitLocker, Outlook administration.
• Familiar with ITIL incident/change/problem processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow and remote support tools.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; AA or equivalent degree; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents through resolution.
• Oversee IMAC and deskside support services.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support.
• Maintain desktop hardware/software lifecycle including patch updates.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on desktops.
• VIP deskside support at site per contract.
