Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced EUC project delivery lead to manage multi-site, multi-country rollouts and end-to-end deployments. You will coordinate field technicians and vendors, schedule device refreshes and OS upgrades, and drive cutover activities with proper governance and risk tracking.

You’ll ensure security compliance, maintain RAID logs, and deliver a smooth handover to BAU while reporting progress and blockers to leadership.

Qualifications

• EUC / Workplace projects delivery experience.
• Multi site and multi country rollout management.
• Device refresh and OS migration (Windows/macOS).
• Endpoint management tools (Intune / SCCM / Jamf).
• Project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• RAID management (Risks, Issues, Dependencies).
• Field technician and vendor coordination.
• Change management and cutover / hypercare handling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EUC project delivery across the assigned zone (multi-country / multi-site).
• Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead project kick-off, planning, execution, hypercare, and BAU handover.
• Drive site onboarding/offboarding readiness and execution.
• Manage EUC rollouts: device refresh, OS upgrades, peripherals, site setup/relocations.
• Build and maintain integrated project plan with dependencies and cutover steps.
• Coordinate with Field Technicians for scheduling and site access.
• Align cross-tower teams for end-to-end execution.
• Maintain RAID log and drive mitigation to closure.
• Run governance cadence and provide status updates.
