• Configuration and Deployment: Responsible for the configuration and deployment of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support and Optimization: Provides ongoing support and optimizes the performance of end-user systems to enhance user experience.
• Software Management: Manages software packaging, distribution, and updates
• Policy Configuration: Configures and manages policies through Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and other endpoint management platforms.
• Incident Support: Offers second and third-line support for incidents and service requests related to EUC systems
