Volto Consulting seeks an EUC Lead to manage and optimize End User Computing services from Nashville, with 6+ years of experience. The role covers onsite and offshore teams, Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, and ITSM processes to ensure seamless delivery and strong client satisfaction.

You will lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional efforts, drive improvements in security, patching, and endpoint management while acting as the primary on-site contact for EUC operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of EUC leadership experience
• Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and enterprise apps
• Strong ITSM process knowledge including ServiceNow
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, and VDI environments

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite and offshore EUC support operations
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction targets
• Provide VIP and executive support as required
• Oversee incident management and RCA
• Mentor and manage EUC engineers/analysts
