Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Partner Solution Consultant for the DACH region, based in Germany with remote work options. You will engage with partner decision makers, evangelise the Omnissa Digital Workspace platform, and drive solution adoption across partner networks.

Ideal candidates bring EUC experience, strong German and English communication, and a track record in pre-sales or delivery consulting, with readiness to travel across Europe and the USA as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
• 3 years’ experience in an End User Computing role.
• Desirable: EUC Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
• Experience in the EUC partner ecosystem is desired, but not essential.
• Experience in Subscription based go-to-market and Customer Adoption Management.
• Proven background in desktop virtualization, MDM, desktop management, and IAM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand partner business and their Digital Workspace go-to-market strategy.
• Engage with technology decision makers in partners to evangelise Omnissa solutions and provide domain expertise.
• Enable and coach partners to deliver product value demonstrations and stay current with solutions.
• Deliver bespoke technical enablement sessions to Sales and Technical teams within partners.
• Travel to partner offices regularly to build relationships and maintain visibility of Omnissa solutions.
• Track partner progress with education and certifications to ensure required skills.
• Support partner marketing campaigns and events to align with Omnissa initiatives.
