Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior HCM Solution Consultant for the German Mittelstand, primarily remote in DEU with English fluency. You will act as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, delivering tailored Workday HCM demonstrations and guiding deals through discovery to close.

You will partner with account teams, navigate local compliance and GDPR, showcase AI features, and build business cases with ROI to win mid‑market accounts in the DACH region.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in a Pre‑Sales / Sales Consulting role or equivalent.
• Strong HR process knowledge: core HR, talent, compensation, planning.
• Native German with business‑level English.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic vision translating business needs into Workday HCM solutions.
• Address Mittelstand priorities including GDPR, works council, data privacy.
• Lead compelling demonstrations and ROI‑driven business cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Value Managers, and Services.
• Explain AI foundations and Trustworthy AI in HR context.
