Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Partner Solution Consultant to grow the EUC partner ecosystem in the DACH region, engaging with senior decision makers and delivering technical enablement and value demonstrations.

The role requires German fluency and broad EUC experience, with travel up to 60%. You will collaborate with Partner Business Managers and sales to drive opportunities and ensure delivery best practices.

Qualifications

3 years’ experience in an End User Computing role.
Desirable: 3+ years EUC Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
Experience in the EUC partner ecosystem is desired, but not essential.
Experience with subscription-based go-to-market and customer adoption management.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage senior audiences.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Understand partners’ business and their Digital Workspace go-to-market strategy.
Engage technology decision makers in partners; evangelise Omnissa solutions and provide domain expertise.
Coordinate with Partner Business Managers to align activities with partners.
Enable partners to deliver product value demonstrations with the right resources.
Deliver bespoke technical enablement sessions to Sales and Technical teams.
Travel to partner offices regularly to build and maintain relationships.
Track partner education and certifications to ensure skill readiness.
Share feedback into sales and Solution Consulting management on opportunities.
Support partner marketing campaigns and events to align with Omnissa marketing.
