Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ETF operations or servicing experience, including transfer agency and order support.
• Working knowledge of ETF products, primary market workflows, and settlement lifecycle.
• Strong Excel and systems skills with ability to support testing and process changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ETF servicing activities across the primary market lifecycle, including creation/redemption order processing, basket production and dissemination, and settlement support.
• Monitor workflow milestones, investigate exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external teams.
• Produce, validate, and reconcile ETF data to support daily reporting and controls.
• Maintain procedures and guides; drive continuous improvement and measure service quality.
