Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager focused on ETF operations in our ETF-focused team in the United States. The role requires handling creation/redemption orders, settlements, and CAL/P&L related tasks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and control.

You will work with APs and internal teams to ensure smooth ETF operations and governance. Candidates should have 3+ years ETF operations experience and 5–7+ years in the industry, with InvestOne knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ETF operations experience.
• 5–7+ years of total relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Authorized Participants and external counterparties.
• InvestOne Accounting platform experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ETF lifecycle events and operational processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ETF creation and redemption orders in the primary market.
• Manage creation and redemption settlements, including cash and in-kind transactions.
• Coordinate ETF unit settlements and maintain relationships with Authorized Participants (APs).
• Respond to AP inquiries related to creation and redemption activity.
• Support CNS operations related to ETF trading and settlement.
• Manage and support ETF rebalance activity.
• Process ETF collateral and perform related P&L calculations.
