Job summary

Apex Group in Boston seeks a Fund Accounting Manager to lead ETF operations within the Operations team. The role focuses on daily activities, issue resolution, and supporting operational controls in a fast-paced fund environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of ETF operations experience and 5–7+ years of total industry experience, with strong attention to detail and communication. Experience with InvestOne is preferred, and the position requires in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct ETF operations experience.
• 5–7+ years of total relevant industry experience.
• Experience with InvestOne Accounting platform would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of ETF lifecycle events and operational processes.
• Experience working with Authorized Participants and external counterparties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ETF creation and redemption orders in the primary market.
• Manage creation and redemption settlements, including cash and in-kind transactions.
• Coordinate ETF unit settlements and maintain relationships with Authorized Participants.
• Respond to AP inquiries related to creation and redemption activity.
• Support CNS operations related to ETF trading and settlement.
• Manage and support ETF rebalance activity.
